First Ammonia is on track for an FID and commencement of construction in 2026 for its first phase 200 MW green ammonia plant in Victoria, Texas. Topsoe’s internal decision to reassess its plans for commercialization of its SOEC technology will not materially delay that process, and we will select an alternate technology for the hydrogen production portion of our plant. Joel Moser, First Ammonia’s CEO said, “We wish our friends at Topsoe well.”
